CRIMINAL COMPLAINT AGAINST ALBUQUERQUE METRO JUDGE RENAE TORREZ FOR COLLUSION AND PROTECTION OF THE SINALOA CARTEL AND RICO RACKETEERING HORSE RUSTLING BY THE NMLB WITH THE SINALOA CARTEL IN TREASON

Case T-4-CR-2023-003902 had been filed illegally in malicious prosecution NMSA 30-27-1, knowingly false claims in Officer felony violations of NMSA 30-39-1 and penal code 118.1 as retaliation for Derringer multiple prior Civil Suits against the New Mexico Livestock Board (NMLB) for their proven RICO racketeering of horse rustling over 500+ Derringer horses in facilitation and accessories to the ongoing RICO operations of the invading Mexican National Sinaloa Cartel's horse rustling, drug trafficking of fentanyl, cocaine, methyl amphetamines, prostitution, human slavery trafficking, minor children provided to New Mexico state employees, Judges, elite, pedophiles and other RICO illegal activities. Foreign corporation Barclays Bank of England UK is the owner of the Bernalillo property on the West side of Albuquerque, New Mexico known as the Santolina of about 25 square miles that is being used as the staging area of all the illegal RICO Sinaloa Cartel enterprises in the Albuquerque and New Mexico area whereas the New Mexico/Mexico is deliberately wide open to facilitate the ownership of the State of New Mexico by the vast $Millions of blood money bribes to NM Judges and state officials for protection and aiding and abetting the corruption of the Sinaloa Cartel. This involves criminal treason against the United States and multiple other felonies of all involved. Sinaloa Cartel is using Benjamin Benavidez Jr. as their main domestic terrorist with other Cartel members as illegals, in direct complicity with the NMLB to steal Derringer horses from the Pajarito and use the Santolina for illegal herding and corralling the stolen horses in larceny NMSA 30-16-1 and animal abuse of deprivation of food and water, for the NMLB employees Darron "Shawn" Davis, Francisco "Cisco" Lovato, Justin Gray, Manuel Monte, George Mendoza and others to then additionally steal the horses from private property without any legal jurisdiction, without court order, without warrant, without ability under forfeiture, or other means to then illegally sell the stolen property horses for millions of dollars in criminal acts of NMSA 30-16-11. On this date 2-20-2024 Judge Renae Torrez solidified her treason, and collusion involvement with the Sinaloa Cartel and knowingly protected the felons of State employee and domestic terrorist, by deliberately ignoring and refusing to Order Replevin and mandated restoration of return of the illegally stolen Derringer 500+ horses of the RICO enterprises by the NMLB despite evidence and duties to stop the larceny, by her  knowingly assisting RICO and treason as an accessory to the theft and collusion with the underlying Sinaloa Cartel RICO operations on the Santolina. Felon horse NMLB horse rustlers Justin Gray, Manuel Monte and George Mendoza had retaliated against Derringer suing them as both officers and individual citizens for stealing Derringer horses worth $Millions, and each had worked in complicity of obstruction of justice, intimidation, and domestic terrorism to get back at Derringer's Civil litigation in acts of 18 USC 241, 242, 1503, 1505, 2381, 2383 in retribution of Derringer's whistleblowing of the NM RICO activities and the treason with the Sinaloa Cartel. The NMLB felons continued to accelerate the larceny of Derringer horses after the illegal filing to intimidate and threaten the life off Defendant Derringer in this case. Realizing the false criminal charges would not be sustained in any equitable court, the NMLB then withdrew all false charges under Nolie Proseque, but still had recently stolen as documented another 130 + Derringer horses and many horse babies both on the ground and of the stolen pregnant mares,  since the illegal filing of this case and had already illegally sold the stolen livestock as criminal felons under NMSA 30-16-11. Motion was filed on Derringer's behalf to both recover his stolen horses, make accountable the felonies entailed and restitution and reparations for the domestic terrorism of these entire matters of public corruption of NM government. Judge Renae Torrez, knowing of the vast larceny of the NMLB and the felon employees coupled with the Sinaloa Cartel refused to make any Order to return Derringer's stolen livestock illegally taken without any rule of law, and also refused to make any Order or denial so as to deliberately block any appeal, without any Judgment from which to continue the litigation of the Appellate process. This confirmed the direct treason protection by the willfully obstruction of justice actions of Judge Renae Torrez as both a protector of known multiple felons by the NMLB  as well as knowingly protecting the Sinaloa Cartel RICO activities vastly more than the $Millions of the RICO horse rustling, but also protection of the Foreign Barclays Bank of England ownership of the Santolina to also protect the extreme drug trafficking, human trafficking the crimes of the foreign invaders well assisted by the known use of the Santolina as the base of operations of the RICO Sinaloa Cartel Activities. As a citizen, David Derringer demands the return of all Derringer stolen horses with all reparations and also demands the arrest, prosecution and prison or execution under !8 USC 2381/2383 for treason against America and extreme domestic terrorism and threats to national security of all involved the coup against the United States, by the ownership of New Mexico by the bribery and collusion of NM Judges, administration and politicians endemic in the public corruption of New Mexico. This is presented to the Bernalillo County District Attorney, the New Mexico Attorney General, sent also to the United States Pentagon due to treason actions, and provided to the Media.
