NMAG CRIMINAL COMPLAINT AGAINST NMLB OFFICERS MONTE/GRAY STEALING 13(17) DERRINGER HORSES

Both Manuel Monte, Justin Gray knowingly took false reports from proven Sinaloa Cartel horse rustler Benavidez Jr/ranch and knowingly both Monte and Gray filed 2 separate false criminal complaints against Derringer; criminal NMSA 30-39-1, penal code 118.1 known violation of NMSA 77-14-3 falsely for trespass could not exist because the Pajarito fence is non-compliant with NMSA 77-16-1/77-16-4. Both refuse NMSA 29-1-1 to arrest Sinaloa Cartel Benavidez knowing he steals horses. Mandated arrest and prosecution NMSA 77-9-22F, Monte and Gray pratect the Sinaloa Cartel in treason against America. Gray acted in retaliation and proven larceny on August 23, 2023 to steal 13 (really 17 because 4 Derringer mares are pregnant) horses, using embezzling NMLB trucks and trailers to falsely claim strays (knowing they are Derringer horses) Gray personally did larceny, transport stolen horses, concealing and possession stolen horses, trespassing to Derringer residence to place a notice of impoundment extortion/ransom note (proof he knows the horses are Derringer property). Gray and Monte are criminals under NMSA 77-9-22F, 30-39-1, penal code 118.1, 29-1-1, 29-1-2, 77-16-1, 77-14-3, treason helping the invading Mexican National Sinaloa Cartel, perjury of Oath, obstruction of justice, fraud, conspiracy, collusion, embezzlement, RICO Racketeering, intimidation, public corruption and more. These matters assigned to Joanna Walker that refuses to read or abide by mandated criminal law, instead calling everything Civil despite knowledge Derringer has properly sued all parties involved in District Court 6 Cases and won by default judgment with Judges Mercer, Ortega, O'Connell, Murphy, Ct. App., NMSC, REFUSING to grant judgments to protect state employees and protect the invading Mexican National Sinaloa Cartel. September 15, 2023 Derringer caught Benavidez stealing another 11 Derringer horses locked on the Santolina knowing that the New Mexico Livestock Board will protect and not arrest and prosecute as mandated under NMSA 77-9-22F, 29-1-1 or return Derringer horses as mandated under NMSA 29-1-2. Today, recognizing Derringer’s phone number the New Mexico Attorney General office deliberately and maliciously hung up against Derringer 7 times. Derringer has notified governor Grisham about the AG doing nothing to prosecute the NMLB, hanging up on citizens, Joanna Walker refusing to look up statutes presented to her and acting in defense for the NMLB, Sinaloa Cartel, Benavidez, refusing the mandated return of now stolen 263+ Derringer horses over last 3 years, 13(17) directly stolen without law by Justin Gray of the NMLB; horses valued over $26,000,000.00 twenty six million dollars plus extreme punitive damages.
