Despite many calls, and texts, BCSO discharges their duties under NMSA77-9-22(F) to require Benjamin Benavidez Jr. to show BCSO a bill of sale as proof of ownership of 4 horses he has locked in his grazing permit Santolina without any ability to get to their home on the Pajarito to the legal owner Derringer providing their water at all times. It has now been 2 days horses deprived of water due to absolute negligence of BCSO. 1 black QH stallion 15.1 h, 1 sorrel mare with perfect white square on forehead 14.2h, 1 br/wht Paint mare 15h, 1 9-month filly tri-color Paint brn/blk/wht 12h. BCSO is mandated by Legislated statutes NMSA 29-1-1 & 29-1-2 to arrest Benjamin Benavidez Jr. and his complicit ranch employees and Sinaloa Cartel thugs to release these stolen horses to their home in free open range of the Pajarito under NMSA 77-16-1. It has now been 2 days these 4 horses have been deprived of water by "neglect to prevent", discharge of statutory laws, and obvious RICO Racketeering protection by BCSO not only protection preferential treatment to illegally hold harmless Benjamin Benavidez Jr. and ranch hands, but BCSO acting to facilitate in insurrection the invading Mexican National Sinaloa Cartel involved which Benjamin Benavidez Jr. who is a domestic terrorist member; all acts of willful and malicious BCSO being treason against the United States. This message is demanded to disclose all names of all BCSO officers and employees with knowledge of this incident as hereby written request under IPRA, INSPECTION OF PUBLIC RECORDS ACT Pursuant to NMSA 14-1-1 wherein I will enforce defiance under Derringer v. State 2003-NMCA-073, 133 NM 721, 68 P3d, 961 cert. denied 133 NM 727, 69 P3d 237. Malicious failure to deliberatately refuse to enforce statutory laws will precipitate suit. Owen's v.
