Prelude: The entire government of the State of New Mexico is now exclusively owned by the enemies of the State invasion of the Mexican National Sinaloa Cartel, and multiple other invading insurgent criminals from at least 126 other countries through deliberate and malicious OPEN BORDERS of the Southern New Mexico/Mexican borders, thus making New Mexico in secession of the Union against the United States of America as in collusion with insurgent invaders to destroy America by subversion and domestic terrorism. This is done by the current Communist dictatorship of New Mexico fully subversive Democratic regime through the agenda to destroy the United States of America so as to gain full power of dictatorship control of the American population through domestic terrorism in collusion with foreign invading terrorism so as to destroy fair elections to gain forever control in absolutism of a one-party (Democrat) rule of America as a Communism dictatorship. As now totally debased in the grab for power the entire Executive and Judicial branches of New Mexico government and likely most, if not all of the Legislative branch of government are bribed by the invading Mexican National Sinaloa Cartel using the vast $billions of dollars gained by Sinaloa Cartel human trafficking, drug trafficking and fully automatic weapon trafficking and other contraband, wherein the elite, politicians, law enforcement, officials, Judges, Justices, government employees and many NM attorneys are involved with the rampant pedophilia use of minor trafficked children for rape and “groomed” abuse, cocaine addiction, fentanyl addiction and the purposeful killing of Americans by fentanyl to be replaced by illegal aliens, methyl-amphetamines and other debauchery. The bribery of the Judiciary branch is proven by the nine (9) + lawsuits over the last 3 decades since 1994 of Derringer (Plaintiff) whereas all show the public corruption, perjury of oath, absolute deprivation of rights under color of law, destruction and denial of all due process and equal protection, even denying the Constitutional right to a jury, forced enslavement of Derringer Plaintiff to Judges and Justices without jurisdiction or judicial capacity, forced submission to recused Judges, judicial and attorney fraud on the court, illegal judgments against the US and NM Constitutions and all rule of law, manipulation of the NMRA and assassination plots against Derringer to kill and remove the “whistleblower” interfering with the Sinaloa Cartel landing zone of helicopter trafficking and exposure of the extreme New Mexico corruption of all government. Clearly, it is no wonder that the Pedophile Jeffery Epstein chose New Mexico embraced by the corrupt elite to build the Zorro Ranch outside of Santa Fe, and no wonder the Muslims chose New Mexico to establish terrorism training camps in New Mexico, and why the embezzlement of tax monies, forced poverty of citizens with brainwashing in education keeps New Mexico at the poverty level and lowest in America in education and why Albuquerque is one of the top human trafficking city in the United States.

Since 1994, Derringer has filed many suits exposing the public corruption of New Mexico, well hated by the Judiciary wherein their rampant retaliation and retribution has destroyed the life of Derringer for 30+ years stealing the real, vast personal property, stealing the historical Pre-1907 adjudicated water rights through the perjury and fraud of the Office of the New Mexico State Engineers Thomas Turney, John D’Antonio, Wayne Canon and others in the treasonous activities. The New Mexico State Police, New Mexico Livestock Board, and all Sheriff’s offices have bee attempting to drive Derringer from the State of New Mexico by assisting Cartel importer Mickey C. Chapel at the Sinaloa Cartel landing zone at Mile Marker 21 on Highway 32, Quemado New Mexico and his mules terrorize and kill over 150 of the Derringer animals at the Derringer neighboring ranch, and drive Derringer from his legal ranch for taking adverse possession with the Cartel thugs at the gunpoint of automatic weapons assisted by the New Mexico State Police. The more recent murder and grand larceny of over 190+ horses of Derringer by the Sinaloa Cartel in the Albuquerque, NM Pajarito is assisted and by collusion of all government of New Mexico, particularly the Judges and Justices of New Mexico, all the way to the Chief Justice and all other Judges and Justices in the New Mexico Supreme Court; all denying recovery and replevin of the horses, wherein all law enforcement blatantly denies mandated enforcement of NMSA 29-1-1 and 29-1-2.

Tangible extreme evidence for criminal indictment against all of these NM governmental domestic terrorist for treason under TREASON US CODE TITLE 18 CHAPTER 115, SECTION 2381, 2383 wherein penalty is death or live imprisonment “without quarter” and traitors. This is absolutely proven in nine (9) Derringer cases wherein over 16 of the 30+ Defendants involved not answering the Complaints because the NM Judiciary informed them that the cases would be “rigged” against Derringer for their protection, as well as the remaining Defendants doing extreme FRAUD ON THE COURT, thus making moot responses, Derringer has won DEFAULT judgements against all 30+ Defendants in nine (9) separate law suits, (with all judiciary refusing to grant any judgments against any Defendants) with the underlying commonality that all involve NM Judiciary and administration are protecting the acts and terrorism of the Sinaloa Cartel working in concert, collusion, and conspiracy with the State of New Mexico and other private American citizens as Cartel employees and mules.
