The governor has a duty to prosecute NMLB Justin Gray and Manuel Monte for Criminal acts of knowingly filing false criminal complaints under NMSA 30-39-1 and penal code 118.1 and knowingly stealing 13 horses not trespassing under NMSA 77-14-3 due to the Pajarito fence line not compliant with NMSA 77-16-1 and 77-16-4 as stated in the statute, meaning NMLB Officer Justin Gray personally stole 13 horses in larceny (fact it is 17 horses as 4 pregnant mares) each horse a felony NMSA 30-16-1 with other felonies stolen property transport, concealment, possession, extortion, collusion, conspiracy, embezzlement (USING TAXPAYER TRUCKS AND TRAILERS). The governor cannot protect these men from arrest and prosecution, and must order the NMAG to prosecute a state employees, or be an accessory to protect Justin Gray Manuel Monte and a TRAITOR to continually protect the INVADING MEXICAN NATIONAL SINALOA CARTEL..
