TREASON REPORT TO BERNALILLO SHERIFF OVERSIGHT COMMISSION REFUSAL TO ARREST HORSE LARCENY & ABUSE

SENT TO NM GOVERNOR, NM ATTORNEY GENERAL,

The invading Mexican National Sinaloa Cartel and domestic terrorist American member Benjamin Benavidez Jr. & Benavifez Ranch have stolen 230+ of my horses. I personally witnessed most. I right now know 3 Sinaloa Cartel persons having 3 stolen horses now in possession on the Pajarito and hundreds of stolen horses with Dennis Chavez, DC Auction, SW Auction, SW Event Center 24 Dalies Rd. on highway 6, Los Lunas New Mexico. I have pictures of Benjamin Benavidez Jr having multiple of my and other peoples horses locked in permanent pens without food or water in 2 felony violation per horse of NMSA 30-16-1 and 30-18-1 on the Santolina development Bernalillo Sinaloa drug laundering scheme of the West Mesa of Albuquerque. BCSO refuses to arrest, refuses to come to 911 calls, refuses to come and witness the crimes of locked-up stolen horses deprived of water, now BCSO tells me to stop calling them, and refuse to arrest Benavidez and other Cartel obviously protecting them in treason against the UNITED STATES as collusion domestic terrorism. Upon my extreme calls mandated for BCSO to release my horses from larceny captivity to get home to my provided water, BCSO actually told me to try to myself find a way to get water to my locked up stolen in larceny abused animals rather than release my animals back to their home with me on the open range of the Pajarito as mandated under NMSA 29-1-2 and to arrest Benavidez Jr. as mandated under NMSA 29-1-1 and NMSA 77-9-22(F). This asinine, insane BCSO mindset is Criminal conspiracy and collusion in treason with the invading Mexican National Sinaloa Cartel and BCSO officers need criminal prosecution, total de-funding and removal from America. I have witnesses, photos of Benavidez Jr and Benavidez Ranch stealing over 65 of my horses and witnesses of a woman from Benavidez Ranch person stealing my baby horse from my residence at pistol gunpoint by armed robbery aggravated assault with her license plate number and BCSO does NOTHING, NOTHING even with report numbers filed. This involves millions of dollars in horse rustling as I know names of thieves and proven facilitation of horse SinaloaCartel larceny with the Sinaloa Cartel by the New Mexico Livestock Board.
